How do I submit my email addresses?

Instructions for generating and submitting your email list are available on the Important Forms & Documents page. All emails will be uploaded by the Primary Contact through the Administrative Portal, which will be available after registration closes in early February.

Can we customize the survey and still participate in the program?

Applicants can customize some components of the faculty/staff survey (i.e. adding/customizing demographics and statements/questions) and still use their results as their application for the program.
