Baylor is quite a special place. The instructors, professors and administration all come from such a place of love. Everyone is incredibly caring, thoughtful and compassionate. They push for greatness and excellence, but in such a thoughtful manner. I've been so impressed with my colleagues and their servant leadership. I would highly recommend this university to anyone considering an instructor role.
