What makes your college a great place to work?

Employee Comment

Brenau has a very unique culture. It is a place where, generally, everyone is willing to help one another and will go out of their way to solve a problem, even if outside of their specific job responsibilities. It is overall a warm, welcoming place. Students are prioritized, as they should be at a university, but the well-being of faculty and staff is also a major factor in many decisions. This has been particularly evident in how the university has handled the pandemic in allowing faculty and staff to work in person or remotely based on their comfort levels and other factors.

President's Statement

Brenau University is a great college to work for because it values each member of its diverse community and encourages personal and professional development that impacts the lives of our employees and our students. Through our distinctive caring culture for all at the university, paired with our forward-looking expansion of educational offerings to meet changing needs, Brenau understands that the entire community is best served by supporting, affirming and helping to transform the individual.
