President's Statement

It begins and ends with our increasingly distinctive mission as a sending agency of the church. As sisters and brothers in Christ, we work together educating, discipling, and forming builders who are sent out as courageous participants in Christ's work of making all things new. Every employee is essential to the work and contributes to this mission. Therefore, we strive to involve, inform, and inspire our team through education, appreciation, and celebration.

I love being a part of Covenant's culture. There is a mutual respect among employees (staff and faculty) that serves everyone well and sets us up in such a good way for mission effectiveness. I love the willingness to try new things and the genuine curiosity about how we can be better and serve our students better.
