We are committed to removing barriers to help our students succeed as well as our faculty and staff to grow professionally. We operate with an open-door policy that allows employees to work freely with other departments to eliminate silos within our organization. Faculty and staff are encouraged to do what is needed to help students define their success. Our faculty are not confined by the classroom but encouraged to bring learning to life.
