What makes your college a great place to work?

President's Statement

Pillar College is a values-based Christian college which chooses to be urban and multi-ethnic including trustees, faculty, staff, and students. Employees are committed to the values and lifestyle standards of the college which transcend cultural differences. Our faculty to student ratio favors personal interaction. Institutional planning is done with all employees participating and the quarterly reviews of progress are done at "pizza parties." Our HR officer sends an upbeat newsletter honoring birthdays and work anniversaries.

Employee Comment

What I appreciate most about working at Pillar College is the institution's commitment to integrating faith, education, and service in a way that truly transforms students' lives.
