I am afforded the opportunity to work at an institution that highly regards both my scholarly endeavors and my teaching, that supports my scholarly efforts and related travel financially, that provides opportunities for one to proffer opinions as to the path the university follows, and that provides access to necessary research sources, and provides a beautiful campus and university buildings in which to work.
