There is a can do attitude around here. While many admin and staff are very busy with day to day operations, there is a positive attitude about what might be in the future. People do not just dismiss ideas because they do not think it will happen. It is more of a "If you want to, make it happen" attitude. I feel highly supported by my supervisor. The physical work environment is great. Flexible scheduling is fantastic!
