I get the sense of family through the email communications. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I love the chancellor's YouTube videos - they are personal, fun and just draw you into the culture at Fletcher. I am very happy to be a part of this team. I also like that they award pins each month and allow everyone to nominate staff for them. I also like the nest egg program.
