The people in leadership really care about the members of their team and are willing to communicate that and work with the team members if there are ever any issues. Since I have worked here this institution has consistently shown a real sense of community and a culture of caring for each other and working together to collectively reach our goals.

President's Statement

We at Regent are delighted to once again receive the high-honored distinction of being one of the Great Colleges to Work For. It is our goal to provide the best possible work environment for our employees, our deans, and our executives because we feel that these honored associates are the key to all of the success which our university has enjoyed. When these wonderful people are honored, our entire university feels blessed, and success is a certainty with such great associates as we now have on our faculty and staff.
