I have the opportunity to work with many wonderful professionals that take pride in their work. My supervisor is fair and supportive. I have great teammates that are cooperative and passionate about their work. My department's work makes a difference for students at The University.

While I always have believed that our faculty, administrators and staff, and our organizational culture have made the Mount a great place to work, it is rewarding to see that our employees agree with this assessment. As the great Vince Lombardi once said, "Individual commitment to a group effort -- that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work." And that's also what makes the Mount work!
