I most appreciate the ability to speak openly about any topic with any level of administration, faculty, and staff. The open communication throughout the college is a breath of fresh air compared to other previous employers.

President's Statement

SWCC has dedicated employees that love their students and their community, and a student body that is engaged, creating a positive working and learning environment. SWCC has tremendous support from the local board and the foundation board who believe in and support the mission of the college. Lastly, visitors sum up the answer to this question when they say the friendly, welcoming, and positive atmosphere on our campus is simply a breath of fresh air.
