I enjoy working with my coworkers. There is a real sense of community here that cannot be found just anywhere. Leadership takes a genuine interest in staff well-being, and this is good to experience. I also know that my thoughts and ideas are respected and will be considered when making decisions. WDTC also does a great job of promoting a healthy balance between life and work.

Western Dakota Technical College is a Great College to Work For because of our practices and processes around shared governance, collaboration, and communication. WDTC has an incredibly talented employee team, and we tap into these talents in fulfilling ways by making a conscious effort to work our shared governance structures, collaborate to prevent siloes, and communicate to build trust.
