President's Statement

Einstein is a compassionate and respectful community driven by our shared mission. Our campus reflects a culture of innovation and excellence; we promote our employees' wellness and career development. We have a healthy balance of governance which includes the Einstein Senate whose membership represents the faculty, students, post-doctoral fellows, and staff. There is regular reporting by the dean and College leadership to the Senate; Senate meetings provide opportunities to review needs and provide feedback.

The people. I absolutely love the people I work with. The faculty, staff, and students are all intelligent, humble, accomplished, team-oriented, helpful, trustworthy, and interesting. Compared to other institutions and even other academic medical centers, Einstein, in my experience, is the absolute best.
