All of us stand with Biola's values as a university committed to God's Truth, forming lives of character and excellence in everything we do. Our 5,432 students see this every day in our employees, making Biola truly a great place to work among America's colleges and universities.

Employee Comment

The overall culture of this institution is unique and special. People are truly kind and there is a spirit of hospitality that I have not experienced anywhere else. I appreciate that there is a sense of a shared mission and I appreciate that in my department, we are able to work so well together - collaboratively (not competitively) and with genuine care for one another.
