President's Statement
Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) believes in supporting employees in every aspect of their lives. We encourage work-life balance through our flexible work schedule program. We encourage emotional, mental, and physical health through our employee well-being program. We also host events throughout the year offering employees a chance to socialize and develop friendships, strengthening the bonds between individuals and departments. These outings include a holiday gala, sporting events, and campus beautification events.
