What makes your college a great place to work?

President's Statement

For nearly a century, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's faculty and staff have driven student success through innovation and dedication. Our healthy finances ensure high salaries and growth opportunities, allowing us to show our appreciation for our highly valued team. Faculty mentor students both on and off campus, and our 30,000-plus students at our residential and Worldwide campuses are well-prepared for leadership roles in various sectors, making Embry-Riddle a premier place to learn, grow, develop and thrive.

Employee Comment

In many ways, ERAU expresses a value in family, whether it's the students' family or the family of staff/faculty. It seems like events are always happening that extend invites to the families of students and employees. The work/life balance is great. I feel like my supervisor genuinely cares about the people in our department and our families; showing interest in who we are as people and not just an employee.
