Malone university is a great place to work because our faculty and staff have a strong sense of common mission and are deeply committed to fulfilling our motto "Christ's Kingdom First". This shared desire to honor God is our daily work not only demonstrates servant leadership to our students, but also creates a working environment that balances grace with accountability, informs our decision-making, and shapes our relationships with one another.

I really appreciate that Malone University prioritizes work-life balance for employees. Malone gives us the ability to work remotely a couple of days a week and they provide more paid vacation days and holidays than any other organization I have ever worked for. Leadership is very understanding that family comes first and it has definitely led me to stay employed at Malone for many years.
