The IQ is designed to target specific areas of interest. This information enables us to examine which benefits and programs are most effective, identify best practices and compile benchmark data based on different categorizations of the program participants. It is designed to be an audit of policies and management practices. The first time completing the IQ can take up to 10-20 hours. In subsequent years, pieces of your previously submitted IQ data will automatically populate in the form. Generally, this form is completed by institution’s HR and IR staff. Institutions are given two months to complete this form.
