FNU remains a great place to work because the institution is mission-driven. Employees are deeply committed to the shared goal of promoting student success. We believe in our graduates and the work they do to impact the health of communities across the nation. We make an effort to know one another and to consistently uphold the tenets of our culture of caring. Faculty and staff are valued, respected, and cared for.

I am working in my dream role. I truly believe that the administration at FNU have a unique ability to hone in on what an employee does well and give them tasks that utilize those strengths. I feel like my voice is heard, my opinions are respected and I am a valuable part of a mission I believe in. I enjoy coming to work, I genuinely love working cross departmentally and I am happy in this space. I know what I do makes a difference in our graduates' lives and that is a very good feeling.
